Job DescriptionSenior Business Development Director – Oil & GasSenior Manager – Client ServicesIn this position, you will play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within existing accounts, as well as selling new service offerings and solutions in the Oil & Gas domain. You will get to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high-quality solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Key Responsibilities:Work towards enhancing market share by performing market development and competitive analysis for the segment in the account portfolioWork towards opening diverse service lines in the accountPrepare proposals and SOWs in the portfolioProvide business led view on items of contract negotiationsIdentify and pursue opportunities with different departments / buyers within client organization to expand the Infosys footprintWork towards maintaining healthy client relationshipsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience within the BPM industryPreferred Qualifications:10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with good exposure and understanding of the B2B business space5 + years of strong sales/relationship management/account management experience either in Oil & Gas or BPM industry Experience of selling BPM services and solutions to Oil & Gas clients Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry Business case creation Financial ratios and analysis Presentation skills Ability to learn and appreciate business processes of Infosys and the client organization Analytical ability Ability to display initiative and work in a dynamic environmentWho We AreInfosys BPM Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Limited (NYSE: INFY), provides end-to-end transformative business process management (BPM) services for its clients across the globe.
