Players Pins, a rapidly growing sports collectibles brand, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand presence, engage our community, and drive awareness for our unique, patent-pending collectible sports pins. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling content, managing our social channels, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience.# Reporting and ManagementThis role will report directly to the Marketing Manager.# Responsibilities* Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across Players Pins' social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to grow our audience and drive engagement.* Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to participate and amplify brand messaging.* Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive brand experience.* Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.* Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.* Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand voice and integrated messaging.* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.* Assist with content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting, as needed.# Skills and Qualifications (No single qualification is required)* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.* 1+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization.* Proven understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube) and their respective analytics tools.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft engaging copy and interact with diverse audiences.* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.* Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.* Proactive, creative, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* A genuine passion for sports, collectibles, pop culture, or fashion.# Compensation$30,000 - $40,000.
