Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and create detailed treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Provide engaging therapies, including individual sessions and group therapy, adapting evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as necessary.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring a safe and supportive environment during critical situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
