Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to create and implement individualized treatment plans that effectively address each client's unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, when appropriate, involve family members or partners in family and couples counseling sessions.

• Utilize telehealth tools to perform mental health screenings, diagnostic assessments, and progress evaluations, ensuring evidence-based, tailored interventions.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through collaborative team meetings, case consultations, and training workshops.

• Stay apprised of the latest developments in the field of mental health care, integrating new evidence-based methods into practice.

• Maintain an organized schedule to manage caseload effectively while meeting the demands of a fast-paced therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of clients from diverse backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will engage with adolescents, adults, and families, empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys while delivering culturally sensitive care that respects individual differences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health discipline, with a current license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
