Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history and current mental health status.

• Develop personalized and comprehensive treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care and optimal treatment outcomes for clients.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, promoting a holistic approach to healing.

• Document all therapeutic interventions and client progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
