Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally-sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach.

• Provide individualized and family therapy based on the unique needs of each patient, applying evidence-based techniques.

• Accurately document all billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified timelines to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support ongoing patient stability and success.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions for patients completing their therapy.
\n
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, as well as adhering to NEHS policies and procedures.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions and continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Engage actively in case consultations and agency meetings to enhance collaborative treatment efforts.

• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training requirements to maintain certifications and competencies.

Qualifications\n
