Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caeload of clients with varying mental health concerns, establishing rapport to build trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and next steps, making informed decisions regarding discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish treatment goals.
\n
• Provide weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client growth.

• Engage in individual supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on providing therapeutic support to children and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related disorders. As a counselor, you will utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, modifying your approach as necessary to ensure that it is effective for each individual client. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
