This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Klamath, California or anywhere in the United States. Our operational team manages all administrative tasks, empowering our mental health counselors to focus on delivering exceptional care. You will benefit from a flexible schedule, maintaining normal working hours Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, without on-call responsibilities, ensuring work-life balance as you engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health status and substance use history.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to young populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD in your state.

• Experience providing telehealth services, especially to adolescents or young adults, is essential.

• Strong technical proficiency with digital communication tools and electronic health record systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical for effective client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
