About the Role

The Company is in search of a full-time Assistant Chief Medical Officer to join their team. This pivotal role is a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on providing direct patient care, supporting and overseeing medical providers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and financially sound clinical operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer, and will be involved in strategic and operational leadership, including recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of medical staff, as well as leading quality improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with various healthcare standards. Applicants for the Assistant Chief Medical Officer position at the company must hold an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and possess an active Pennsylvania medical license or have the ability to obtain one. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with prior leadership experience, is required. The role demands a strong knowledge of quality metrics and healthcare regulatory standards, as well as the ability to balance clinical excellence with administrative leadership. Proficiency in EMR systems and general computer applications is essential. The position also involves collaboration with executive leadership on strategic planning, program development, and the representation of the organization in various professional and community settings.
