Location Pearl Harbor, HI - Pearl Harbor, HI 96860 US (Primary) Category Information Technology Job Description This role is located on site in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Individual must report to work on site daily; there is no remote or work from home options available. Job Description: Provide network technical advice and assistance during the planning phase of a deployment or exercise and coordinate swift solutions to networking problems during the execution phase. Provide direct computer and network support to include router, firewall, Intrusion Detection Systems/Intrusion Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Domain Name System (DNS), Active Directory (AD) and Exchange, configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting to USMC deployed units. Assist in the development and execution of Information Assurance (IA) training for deployed units. Provide direct support to the D-30 process. Support operational requirements for the operational environment; identify required Hardware (HW) and Software (SW); submit personnel foreign country clearance requests and obtain necessary visas; document the result of the deployment in a Government‑provided template with input and conduct a post‑deployment review with the Government; coordinate return of any unused and reusable equipment to stock; coordinate the transportation of all HW and SW required to support contingency operations and obtain all import permits. Job Requirements Experience setting up accounts using Active Directory Education and Certification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Security+ At least One Cisco Networking Certification Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) network support certification and an Operating System (OS)/Application Certification (i.e. Microsoft/Cisco). Microsoft or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred. The anticipated salary range for this role is$50,000 to $60,000 annually.The anticipated salary range for this position is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The final starting salary will be determined based on a variety of job‑related factors, including the selected candidate's qualifications, skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and work location (where applicable), as well as internal equity and market considerations.
