Position Overview The successful candidate will manage a variety of tax engagements, provide technical guidance to team members, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role combines technical tax expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Foster strong internal relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Deliver exceptional client service and maintain trusted client relationships. Support the financial and operational success of client organizations. Manage the preparation and review of a variety of tax returns, including individual, partnership, S corporation, and other business entity returns. Conduct tax research and develop solutions for complex or unique tax matters. Provide guidance, oversight, and development opportunities to team members. Train, coach, and support staff in achieving their professional goals. Mentor team members as they progress in their careers. Participate in business development initiatives and support firm growth efforts. Identify opportunities to expand services and connect clients with additional resources and subject-matter experts.
