The Role: Field Expert, Not a Desk Jockey

You will serve as the face of Robbins and Company, managing the full sales cycle for complex structural and drainage projects:

• On-Site Evaluation: Conduct detailed physical inspections of residential foundations, crawlspaces, and drainage systems.
• Technical Strategy: Translate complex structural issues (settlement, hydrostatic pressure, etc.) into clear, actionable solutions homeowners can trust.
• Project Ownership: Own the relationship from the initial site visit and measurement to the final signature.
• Local Representation: Represent the brand at premier regional home shows and industry events.
  
   

What You Bring to the Table:

• The "Closer" DNA: You are motivated by high-ticket commissions and have a proven track record of hitting revenue targets in a face-to-face environment.
• Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy understanding how things work. Whether your background is in construction, HVAC, roofing, or heavy equipment, you must be comfortable with "boots on the ground" technical work.
• Executive Presence: You build rapport quickly with homeowners and can navigate high-stakes negotiations with professionalism and grit.
• Clean Record: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required to operate your company vehicle.
