Job Title: Business Analyst (Advanced)
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Florida state government project in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements, working with stakeholders, documenting processes, and supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This is a 100% onsite role.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Experience creating process flows, documentation, and UAT test cases
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Experience with Power BI
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
- PMP, Scrum Master, or CBAP certification
- Public sector or government project experience
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Document current and future business processes
- Work closely with business users and technical teams
- Create functional documentation and process flows
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prioritize and manage project requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Flexibility between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday rotation
- 100% Onsite – Tallahassee, FL
