The position is located in Tallahassee, Florida and work is on-site . The consultant will oversee and collaborate with the various business offices to ensure that all information required for automatic application provisioning through the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. This responsibility includes guiding business partners through the connected‑system onboarding process within IIQ, ensuring that each application’s attributes, entitlements, ownership structures, and lifecycle events are correctly defined for successful integration. The process involves understanding and communicating the benefits of connecting business applications to IIQ. The position must be able to complete documentation for basic provision details, such as improved access governance, reduced manual workload, and strengthened compliance controls, as well as identifying any technical or operational impacts that integration may introduce. Responsibilities Actas the primary gatekeeper for new application onboarding requests, ensuringthat "as-is" access processes are documented before proposing the"to-be" IIQ state. Serveas the technical bridge, transforming raw business access needs into structuredProvisioning Policies and Attribute Mapping requirements that your developerscan execute without ambiguity. Conductdiscovery workshops with business owners to manage expectations regarding whatIIQ can automate versus what requires manual approval or custom workflowdevelopment. Leadthe definition of Access Certification requirements, ensuring that everyintegrated application meets the audit and compliance standards defined by yourproject’s governance framework. Systematicallydocument potential operational impacts of new connectors, proactivelyidentifying where automated provisioning might break legacy processes andproviding mitigation strategies before implementation. Coordinatethe validation phase by developing test cases based on the documentedrequirements, ensuring that the IIQ configuration satisfies the businessowner’s needs before final sign-off. Maintainthe requirements backlog, ensuring that technical tasks are correctlyprioritized based on business value and compliance risk, allowing you to managethe project roadmap effectively. Requirements Bachelor’sdegree or master’s degree in business administration, Communications,Information Systems, or other related field is required. Equivalent workexperience may substitute for the educational requirement. Aminimum of 3 to 5 years of solid business/systems analysis experience andsoftware development projects. Abilityto perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis,process modeling. Abilityto use SmartDraw. Abilityto perform System Analysis & Design using a variety of modelingmethodologies and techniques. Abilityto expertly facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders. Knowledgeand understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices andtechniques. Deepprofessional experience with Identity & Access Management concepts,including entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns. Familiaritywith public sector compliance frameworks and large-scale ERP transformations(e.g., Florida PALM). Abilityto map functional requirements across complex environments involving ServiceNow(request catalog) and SailPoint (provisioning engine). Advancedskills with Microsoft products: SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andProject. Abilityto relate to stakeholders’ needs, document their requirements, and performduties in the absence of staff. Abilityto receive and give constructive criticism and maintain effective workrelationships with others. Abilityto adjust to changing demands in a dynamic environment with diverse workassignments. Preferred CertifiedScrum Master (SCM), Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Project ManagementProfessional (PMP). Experiencein public sector compliance frameworks or large-scale ERP transformations,suchas the Florida PALM project. Knowledgeof Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code.
