About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support enterprise application onboarding, business process analysis, and software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) , and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for IAM initiatives. 
• Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analysis and develop process models. 
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, provisioning policies, and attribute mapping requirements. 
• Lead stakeholder discovery workshops and manage project expectations. 
• Define access certification and compliance requirements for application integrations. 
• Perform impact analysis and identify risks associated with new IAM implementations. 
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against business requirements. 
• Manage and prioritize the requirements backlog based on business value and compliance risk. 
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 
• Support documentation, change management, release management, and audit readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems , or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• 3–5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience supporting software development projects. 
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . 
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, including: 
  • Entitlements 
  • Target Aggregations 
  • Certification Campaigns 
• Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills. 
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) . 
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps . 
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI . 
• Experience managing project resources. 
• Knowledge of Change and Release Management . 
• Experience supporting public sector projects or large ERP transformations, including Florida PALM . 
• Knowledge of Florida Administrative Code Rules 60GG-1 through 60GG-5 . 
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint. 
• Familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks.
