$17–$20/hr
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking Welders to fill 1st shift openings in Clermont County.

• Perform MIG (required), and TIG (Preferred), on metal components and assemblies, The work consists of approximately 95% aluminum and 5% stainless steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Operate welding equipment and maintain tools properly
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and welding standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Previous welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Experience with measuring tools and fabrication equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Compensation: Starting at $17/hr (Benefit Package Available)
