Facilities Coordinator

At SThree San Diego we are hiring an experienced Facilities Coordinator. As the go-to contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, you’ll help ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient workplace. Key responsibilities include Front Office & Administration Welcome visitors and manage reception operations Handle mail, deliveries, and document management Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, and purchase orders Support planned and reactive maintenance Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers Conduct routine office inspections and track maintenance activities Workplace Operations Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and functionality Support internal systems for facilities requests and reporting Assist with office events and meeting setups Health, Safety & Compliance Support health & safety processes, inspections, and risk assessments Act as a fire warden/first aider (training provided) Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory standards Sustainability & ESG Contribute to sustainability initiatives and reporting Promote energy-saving and waste reduction practices What You Bring 1–2 years’ experience in facilities, office coordination, or similar Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Interest in workplace wellbeing and sustainability (preferred) Why Join Us?
