Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychological assessments to diagnose and treat numerous mental health conditions, adjusting treatment plans in response to client progress or setbacks.

• Collaborating with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop a comprehensive discharge plan, facilitating seamless transitions to further care if needed.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique needs and situations.

• Documenting assessments and treatment interventions accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies.

• Acting as an advocate for clients, ensuring effective communication across all involved parties, including external agencies and support services.

• Identifying patients who may require additional services or resources, and making necessary referrals to enhance their well-being.

• Participating in team meetings and continuing education to remain up-to-date with the latest practices and treatment protocols in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with an outpatient population comprised of individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients through their challenges, helping them develop coping strategies and pathways to recovery, while fostering a therapeutic alliance that enhances engagement and motivation for change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution, with verification required.

• Current and valid state licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Psychologist.

• In-depth knowledge of community mental health resources and referral processes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, Bright Health offers a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 and a full suite of benefits, including flexible work hours, robust support systems for teletherapy, and no overhead costs related to private practice.
