This position is primarily remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to manage their schedules. However, responsibilities may require occasional in-person meetings and teamwork. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process traumatic experiences, develop coping strategies, and enhance emotional regulation.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
