Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and an optimal work-life balance while providing you with the tools and support to effectively meet our patients' unique needs. Despite the remote setting, you will be part of a vibrant and cohesive clinical network that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional mental health professionals. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' psychological and emotional needs. This involves using validated assessment tools and engaging patients in meaningful conversations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at empowering patients and building community, addressing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care, participating actively in case consultations and clinical team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, managing immediate risks and developing safety plans to stabilize patients during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, potential treatment pathways, and beneficial community resources, enhancing their coping strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient workflow.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual clients.

• Expertise in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions to a variety of populations, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and established therapeutic methodologies.

• Proficient with electronic health record systems and technology to enhance patient care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year.
