Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Health, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify patients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

• Diagnosing a variety of mental health disorders and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and dynamic patient needs.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to establish discharge plans that ensure continuity of care and ongoing support for patients after therapy.

• Remaining compliant with all applicable regulations and ethical guidelines as outlined by federal, state, and clinical standards, including the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Prioritizing your daily tasks by assessing the needs of new, current, and discharging patients to enhance their treatment experience.

• Providing social work consultation when necessary, including crisis intervention and bereavement support for patients and their families.

• Facilitating communication among healthcare providers, family members, and community resources to streamline patient care and ensure timely discharges.

• Actively identifying potential barriers within patient treatment pathways and coordinating with appropriate parties to address and overcome these challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will encompass a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional or behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates for this role must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, you will receive:
