Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their specific mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma, and much more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.
