Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals with complex and co-occurring medical and mental health issues. This may include patients suffering from chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use challenges. Our ideal mental health counselor is passionate about supporting these individuals, helping them navigate their mental health journey, and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for establishing rapport with patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, adhere to ethical guidelines, and safeguard patient confidentiality at all times.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
