The Role
We’re hiring an experienced SDR to join our sales team. You’ll be responsible for generating pipeline through outbound prospecting. This includes cold calling & email outreach. We're looking for a motivated person who when given a book of accounts will turn that territory into their own through multiple forms of outbound.
This role is designed as a fast track to Account Executive, with a clear path to promotion in 12–18 months (or sooner) based on performance.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $60,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 (uncapped)
Equity: Included
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify ideal prospects in our target market
- Run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Conduct cold calls to engage new prospects
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for our AEs
- Keep Hubspot activity organized and up to date
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to continuously improve outreach strategies
- Build out & develop their territory
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of experience as an SDR at a SaaS or B2B tech company
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, especially via phone
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Competitive, coachable, and eager to advance into an AE role
- Strong phone skills and ability to adapt to different customer personas
- Bonus: experience selling into construction or field services
