Work Environment

This remote role allows you the flexibility to work from home while being part of a collaborative team focused on mental health care. Our telehealth facility enables counselors to conduct virtual sessions that meet clients where they are, making it easier for individuals facing mobility or accessibility challenges to access our services. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with peers and receive administrative support in billing, scheduling, and insurance processing to ensure that you can focus on providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various modalities tailored to support personal growth and mental health recovery.
• Establish therapeutic objectives and continuously monitor and evaluate client progress.
• Offer virtual therapy sessions to accommodate diverse client circumstances and ensure access to quality care.
• Document all sessions and assessments meticulously to meet ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population consists of individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You will be working with a diverse demographic, engaging with young adults, families, and seniors, all seeking tailored support and therapeutic interventions. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW-C is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
• A non-judgmental attitude and ability to foster trust-based relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience

Two or more years of clinical experience as a mental health counselor is highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and related technologies will give candidates an advantage, as this role necessitates proficiency in conducting virtual counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a supportive working environment, you can expect:
