We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to help guide individuals and families on their journey toward mental wellness.

Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions. Our telehealth platform allows for flexibility and comfort while ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care regardless of their location. You will be equipped with tools such as Simple Practice to maintain accurate records, streamlining assessments and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that foster meaningful change and promote resilience.

• Engage with clients to set concrete therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adapting strategies to best support their growth.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards by maintaining precise and confidential client records within our therapeutic platform.

• Collaborate skillfully with a multidisciplinary team and external community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing education and training initiatives to stay updated with advancements in mental health counseling and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals from varied cultural backgrounds and life stages. You will provide support to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing numerous mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief. This variety will allow you to utilize your clinical skills in a range of settings and effectively make a significant impact on the lives of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Possession of a current and active clinical license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to individuals and families across the lifespan.

• Exemplary clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with clients.

• Capacity to work independently while also being an effective collaborative team member.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored for different age groups and presenting concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and expertise in the field.
