Bean Automotive Group in Miami is seeking a Service Concierge to join our Business Development Center. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and text communications to schedule service appointments and enhance retention. The role requires excellent communication, bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver's license, and prior customer service experience.
