Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, formulating tailored treatment plans that address anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, promoting holistic healing.

• Collaboratively establish realistic therapeutic goals with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous client records using SimplePractice, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal standards.

• Coordinate care effectively with external healthcare providers and community resources to enhance client support and resource accessibility.

• Commit to continuous professional development by engaging in relevant training and educational opportunities to stay current with industry innovations.

• Manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 client sessions weekly, providing thoughtful interventions and support.

• Contribute to marketing efforts, including updating profiles on platforms such as Psychology Today to attract new clients.

• Participate in weekly review meetings to ensure high-quality care delivery and professional guidance within the team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this role is competitive, offering an annual salary between USD 90,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience.
