Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional states, utilizing various assessment tools and techniques to fully understand their needs.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on clients' specific goals and challenges, regularly adjusting them as necessary to align with their progress.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of all backgrounds, addressing a broad range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Lead couples therapy sessions that focus on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and promoting relationship health and stability.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring the timely documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and all communications related to client care.

• Conduct crisis interventions for clients experiencing acute distress, providing immediate support and referrals as needed.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, leveraging the strengths of an interdisciplinary team.

Your clients will include a diverse mix of teenagers, adults, and couples grappling with a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, new hires will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
