Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and intake interviews to evaluate clients' strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and capabilities, ensuring all necessary documentation is meticulously completed.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs, being versatile in applying different techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific psychological needs and client goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing emotional resilience and providing a safe space for clients to explore their feelings.

• Offer vocational, experiential, and family counseling/coaching to address broader life issues affecting mental health and well-being.

• Coordinate with community resources, referral sources, and support networks to ensure comprehensive service delivery for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Sea of Hope Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
