A Legacy of Neonatal Innovation Join one of the world\'s pioneering neonatal intensive care programs, founded in 1961 by Mildred Stahlman, MD. Practice in a 131-bed Level IV NICU, the highest designation awarded by the American Academy of Pediatrics, equipped to care for the most serious and complex newborn conditions providing care for more than 1,400 newborns annually. Collaborate with a 24-hour specialized NICU team that includes neonatal physicians, APPs, pediatric specialists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, nutritionists, rehabilitation specialists, social workers, child life specialists, and other pediatric experts. Work in a NICU environment connected to advanced neonatal care, ECMO expertise, quality improvement, education, and evidence-based practice. Highlights Work 24-hour shifts and typically only seven shifts per month and access flexibility to split shifts with colleagues when needed.
