Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Employ therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients through their recovery journey.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their healing process.

• Track and monitor client progress actively, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on their development and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Butler Therapy and Testing Center, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Additionally, you will provide support to vulnerable populations, including homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse, enabling you to make a profound impact on those who need it most.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
