Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to serve clients from the comfort of your own home while contributing to a cohesive team dedicated to mental health advocacy. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for occasional evening or weekend hours based on client needs. You will be required to maintain flexibility in your schedule to ensure the delivery of consistent, continuous care and may be asked to be on-call to address urgent client situations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, considering various emotional, mental, and social aspects that influence their health.

• Provide empathetic counseling and emotional support to both seniors and their families during challenging life transitions.

• Advocate for client rights and facilitate access to necessary community resources, ensuring they receive adequate support and services.

• Regularly visit clients to monitor their well-being, assess home safety conditions, and address emerging concerns.

• Maintain precise documentation of client assessments, care plans, progress notes, and other relevant interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
