Finance and Administration Specialist

Supporting financial administration and compliance for U.S. government contracts, the full-time Finance and Administration Specialist will manage invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and employee onboarding in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Maintain contract-award documentation and ensure compliance with DCAA and FAR regulations Support invoice preparation, accounts payable and receivable functions, and payroll-cycle activities Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and compliance tracking Required qualifications At least one year of experience maintaining business financial records, preferably in government contracting Two years of experience in accounting, finance, or HR administration related to government contracts Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Rippling, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Experience with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processes is preferred Ability to handle sensitive financial and employee information with discretion and confidentiality
