Specific responsibilities include:
Reception
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting guests
- Coordinating communications
- Providing administrative support to management and other departments as needed
- Tracking guest/ vendor log
- Opening and distributing mail/ checks appropriately
- Distribution of incoming faxes
Administrative Assistant
- Assist anyone in management as needed
- Purchasing office, cleaning & café supplies
- Maintain supplies and the supply closet
- Help coordinate new hire lunches
- Coordinate contacting sharp with copier issues/supplies
- Screen candidate resumes as requested
- Complete I9’s and onboarding as requested
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office setting with experience dealing with visitors, customers from all levels
- Able to use necessary office equipment to perform job (copier, fax, computer, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other computer programs associated with the business
- Experience working with multiple leaders and multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience meeting deadlines and prioritizing workload

Supervisory Responsibility - This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment - this job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely involves using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - this is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel – on occasions for trainings held outside of the office or to participate in company sponsored event.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications - must pass a background check and drug test
