Finance Manager POST NUMBER: 270038

Our client, a growing private equity backed professional services company, is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as the primary finance partner to a Division President. This is a highly visible role offering full ownership of the division's P&L, strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate is more than a traditional FP&A professional. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping drive growth, profitability, and operational performance through data driven insights and actionable financial recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with the Division President and leadership team to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
• Own the division's budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating planning processes.
• Provide comprehensive P&L management, including revenue, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Deliver weekly and monthly variance analysis, identifying business trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis, business case development, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with operations and sales leadership to enhance forecasting accuracy and drive accountability across the business.
• Evaluate performance across regions, markets, customer segments, and service lines to identify areas for growth and optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting expertise.
• Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools and financial reporting platforms.
• Private equity backed company experience is highly desirable.
