Applicants for the Head of Hydroelectric Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive commercial experience, including leadership in industrial equipment, energy, infrastructure, or engineered solutions markets, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing revenue and profitability within complex sales environments, strong business development and strategic account management skills, and experience in leading geographically dispersed sales teams. A background in power generation, renewable energy, utilities, or heavy industrial sectors is also preferred. The role demands excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and close large-scale opportunities.
