Accounts Receivable Associate (Hybrid)

Job Description

Pittsburgh area corporation in need of an Accounts Receivable Associate.

Responsibilities to include:

Accounts receivable process and controls
Customer invoicing, collections and supporting other areas
Perform various account reconciliations on a monthly basis
Collaborating with project controlling and the project execution teams in recording A/R invoicing and related analysis.
Work closely with internal and external auditors, providing support mainly for accounts receivable.
Collaborate with other areas in recording and analyzing financial reporting

Requirements:

3+ years of related A/R experience; collections experience preferred
Proficient accounting/ERP software skills; experience working with SAP a plus
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a faster paced enviro
Team player willing to provide assistance to others as needed
