Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy tailored to clients across all age ranges, addressing a variety of emotional and psychological needs.

• Utilize a professional billing service to manage claims, account receivables, and the intricacies of client and insurance communication.

• Maintain comprehensive, timely documentation for all client interactions, ensuring that all notes are complete following therapy sessions.

• Efficiently manage scheduling, including arranging ongoing appointments, to maintain an organized calendar that meets client needs.

• Demonstrate flexibility and clinical acuity to effectively work with clients presenting a wide range of psychological conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients in hospice care, many of whom face end-of-life issues and require empathetic support. You will be crucial in helping them navigate complex emotions and family dynamics during this challenging phase, offering tailored strategies that facilitate emotional healing and coping.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license to practice independently in Texas is required.

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, accompanied by a potential bonus structure.
