Senior Oncology Account Manager, Tampa

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to promote its RAS-targeted oncology product portfolio across a designated territory. The role combines clinical expertise and business acumen to build relationships with healthcare providers and drive patient access to the company's oral cancer therapies.

Responsibilities

• Promote Revolution Medicines' product portfolio and drive assigned territory performance goals
• Develop and execute business plans targeting key healthcare provider accounts and decision-makers
• Build sustained relationships with private practices, medical groups, hospitals, and academic centers
• Analyze market data to inform account strategy and optimize call coverage and resource allocation
• Remove barriers to patient access by partnering with internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven oncology pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with oral oncolytics
• Strong understanding of disease states, reimbursement pathways, and competitor landscape
• Territory management and sales execution competencies
• Ability to engage effectively across virtual and in-person channels
• Demonstrated relationship-building and strategic account planning skills
• Compliance knowledge and professional regulatory conduct
