Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Work Monday‑Friday; weekends not required. Benefits Pay $16.50 per hour Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid training and flexible scheduling options (self‑scheduling and fixed shifts) Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period Key Responsibilities Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to field services management and keep availability updated. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install, build, and update displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete required forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs and ensure displays and fixtures are functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist team members as needed and contribute to team success. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Qualifications Age 18 or older (insurance requirements). Authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as required. Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead. Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email. High school diploma or equivalent (required); prior retail or merchandising experience preferred. Experience with installation and merchandising, hand and power tools, planogram directives, and secondary communication. Own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo upload and data collection. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Strong leadership, professional communication, presentation skills, good judgment, and problem‑solving ability.
