Dinsmore is seeking a Construction Defect Litigation Paralegal at our Tampa, FL location. Responsibilities Perform high-quality billable work and record time in accordance with client/firm policy Conduct case research and investigation Analyze and summarize medical and other related records Manage collection, organization and production of electronic documents Drafting of discovery and subpoenas Work with expert consultants and witnesses Assist multiple attorneys through all phases of litigation Availability for limited travel to clients and other Dinsmore offices Requirements Highly skilled, proactive and well-rounded construction defect litigation paralegal Perform high-quality billable work and have expertise in assisting attorneys through all phases of litigation Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy and confidentiality Successful candidate will possess strong technical and database skills All candidates must have knowledge and experience with discovery Document management experience Must possess knowledge of state and federal court rules, as well as working knowledge of asbestos court dockets College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent 5+ years of construction defect paralegal experience Candidates should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, have strong technical and database skills, and possess pre-trial experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Dinsmore
