Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, families, and individuals, effectively utilizing both telehealth and in-person methods.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on assessment and diagnosis for issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and more.

• Facilitating effective communication among family members to strengthen relational dynamics.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation to families, guiding them through situations like separation and divorce, job stress, and blended family adjustments.
\n
• Maintaining detailed records of sessions and progress notes in alignment with ethical and regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals in our organization to ensure comprehensive care is provided to patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient focus will include a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, each facing various challenges. You will work with couples striving to improve their relationship dynamics, individual clients coping with grief and psychological distress, and families navigating complex interactions. Qualifications\n
