Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively while connecting with clients through telehealth services. You will be part of a cohesive team within a Community Health Clinic framework, where collaboration with colleagues is encouraged. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Evaluations: Assess clients' mental health needs and diagnoses, developing comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to individual client goals.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records, including treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and case notes, in compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of approximately 25-30 clients weekly, ensuring that each session meets therapeutic goals while considering the unique needs of each individual.

• Collaborative Care: Work closely with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and resources for clients.

• Creativity in Therapy: Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to engage clients and enhance their treatment outcomes.

• Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to client inquiries and collaborating with a dynamic team to address client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with diverse clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families dealing with a range of challenges such as relationship issues, addiction, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
