Job Details

You would own a portfolio of assets end to end. That means overseeing financials coming in from third party property managers, reviewing JV partner reporting, working directly with asset management on performance, and producing consolidated GAAP reporting across a complex, multi-entity structure. Then layering in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analytics on top of that.

If you have spent time in Big 4 real estate audit, FDD, TAS, or any deal advisory capacity touching real estate assets, this is the role where those skills stop being point in time and start being yours to own permanently.

What you are walking into:

• Portfolio of roughly 6 assets with full ownership of the financials
• JV accounting, investor reporting, lender compliance, and asset management collaboration
• Ground up development exposure across Sun Belt and Northeast markets
• A sharp, tenured team where most people came from public accounting and have stayed for over a decade
• Direct exposure to senior leadership with real visibility into how institutional real estate decisions get made

The package:

• Base $120K - $130K
• 20% discretionary bonus
• 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision for you and your family
• Monday through Thursday in Midtown, Friday from home
