Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Implement and monitor treatment sessions, adapting therapeutic strategies to ensure optimal pain relief and mobility improvement.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including treatment responses and adjustments to therapeutic goals as required.
• Provide training and education for patients and their families, empowering them in their recovery journey and enhancing their understanding of physical therapy practices.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and continuously improving your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range from young children to older adults, encompassing various diagnoses including post-operative recovery, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. You'll engage with patients to motivate and encourage them, ensuring they have the resources needed to achieve their rehabilitation goals effectively.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A current and valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient computer skills for documenting treatment plans and updating patient records.
• A flexible and adaptable personality to thrive in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in physical therapy is preferred, we are open to considering newly graduated therapists who have a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. Mentorship programs are available to assist new graduates in transitioning into practice.

Compensation and Benefits
