Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address clients’ unique mental, emotional, and behavioral concerns.

• Implement various therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy, ensuring each treatment plan aligns with the client's goals and needs.

• Assist clients in developing effective coping strategies and therapeutic skills that promote resilience, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an integral member of our team, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma, among others. You will leverage your expertise to provide culturally competent care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized support that respects their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid LMFT licensure in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least three years of direct practice experience in behavioral therapy, demonstrating a proven track record of working successfully with clients in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Sunny Skies Wellness & Healing Center offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
