Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on the geriatric population, addressing common mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and dementia-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing a patient-centered approach that incorporates empathy and respect.

Compensation and Benefits\n
