Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that are tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring coordination of services among family members and healthcare providers.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify client needs and track progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes, participating actively in team meetings and case consultations.

• Engage in crisis intervention as required to ensure client safety and provide immediate support in high-stress situations.

• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely documentation and reporting on client progress, and adherence to ethical guidelines and codes of conduct.

• Participate in community outreach activities to promote mental health awareness and access to services.

• Provide training and support to school staff regarding mental health issues, empowering them to assist students effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children, adolescents, and their families, many of whom are from diverse cultural backgrounds and socio-economic situations. You will be instrumental in addressing a wide array of emotional and behavioral challenges, working to empower clients through tailored interventions that align with their individual needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in social work, particularly within school or community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
