Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
\n
• Managing your appointment schedule effectively and ensuring open communication with clients regarding their therapeutic journeys.
\n
• Collaborating with colleagues and engaging in multidisciplinary discussions to enhance client treatment plans and outcomes.

• Utilizing our established billing services for claims processing, client account management, and insurance benefit verification.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role supports a diverse range of clients, including individuals and couples from various backgrounds. Our practice provides services to clients of all ages, ensuring that you will have the opportunity to employ your skills across different demographic groups. You will work with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship dynamics.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Clinical Psychology.

• Current and active LCSW licensure for independent practice in Illinois.
\n
• Exemplary professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional bonuses. Benefits include:
